Qtopia Standards (QTOPIA-1655)

This section lists the ISO, GSM, Internet, and other standards that
are supported by Qtopia. Many of these standards refer to features
(e.g. coded character sets) which may need to be explicitly enabled
when Qtopia is configured for a device.
