Nested Rules

CUDA-4.1	Never invoke a kernel without a configuration
CUDA-4.2	Never invoke a non-kernel with a configuration
CUDA-4.3	No virtual arguments to kernel functions
CUDA-4.4	Do not vary launch bounds for a global function
