¿Qué ha ocurrido?

Has utilizado el mismo valor para diferentes ids.

¿Por qué es malo?

El lenguaje QML prohíbe los ids duplicados: todos deben ser únicos en el mismo componente QML.

Ejemplo

import QtQuick

Item {
    id: root
    Item {
        id: root
    }
}

Para corregir esta advertencia, cambie el nombre del duplicado para que sea único:

import QtQuick

Item {
    id: root
    Item {
        id: notRoot
    }
}
