これはなぜですか？

あなたのQMLファイルはすでにそれ自体でコンポーネントを定義しています。Component 型をトップレベル型として使うと、あなたのコンポーネントは別の不要なコンポーネントに包まれてしまいます。

Component {
    Item { ... }
}

この警告を修正するには、余分なComponentの折り返しを削除してください：
