TSCII 文本编解码器
TSCII 编解码器支持与泰米尔语 TSCII 编码之间的相互转换。
TSCII（全称泰米尔标准代码信息交换规范）是泰米尔语中常用的字符集。该标准的官方页面为“泰米尔语信息技术”
泰米尔语使用组合式 Unicode，如果您使用的是 Unicode 字体而非 TSCII 字体，可能会导致一些问题。泰米尔语码页布局可参见《泰米尔语脚本代码》。
该代码大部分由 Hans Petter Bieker 编写，经作者许可并得到 Qt 团队的衷心感谢后，已纳入 Qt 框架。
