儒略历
儒略历由凯撒于公元前 46 年（公元 708 年）提出，是对罗马历法的改革。它于公元前 45 年 1 月 1 日（公元 709 年）通过法令生效。在罗马世界、欧洲大部分地区以及美洲和其他地方的欧洲定居点，它一直是主要的历法，直到它被完善并逐渐被教皇格里高利十三世于 1582 年颁布的格里高利历所取代。
儒略历与平均热带年相比，每 128 年增加一天。而格里高利历则是每 3030 年增加一天。儒略历（365.25 天）和格里高利历（365.2425 天）的年平均长度相差 0.002%。
