QtTextInputMethodManager 与qt-text-input-method-unstable-v1 扩展协议中的qt-text-input-method-manager 接口相对应。它专门设计用于基于 Qt 的输入方法，如Qt Virtual Keyboard 。
将其作为WaylandCompositor 的子节点实例化后，客户端就可以将其添加到可用接口列表中。如果客户端绑定了它，那么它将用于向该客户端传送文本输入。
