TextInputManager 与text_input_unstable_v2 扩展协议中的zwp_text_input_manager_v2 接口相对应。
将其作为WaylandCompositor 的子节点实例化，可将其添加到客户端可用的接口列表中。如果客户端绑定了该接口，则该接口将用于向该客户端传送文本输入。
