コミットした変更をリモートリポジトリにプッシュするには、Tools >Git >Remote Repository と進み、Push を選択します。
ローカルブランチの上流ブランチがリモートリポジトリにない場合は、Qt Creator で上流ブランチを作成し、上流ブランチとして設定するよう求められます。
