Qt Onboard
Qt Onboard is an embedded Linux platform with integrated Qt components and tooling, built directly on the vendor‑supplied Yocto distribution for each supported embedded target. By relying on the board vendor’s own kernel, BSP, and system configuration, Qt Onboard ensures correct hardware enablement and full use of hardware acceleration features.
On top of the vendor distribution, Qt Onboard provides all Qt modules, runtime components, and a Yocto‑generated cross‑compiler toolchain integrated with Qt Creator. This enables fast setup, efficient cross‑compiling, deployment, and debugging of Qt applications on the target hardware.
Qt Onboard delivers a vendor‑aligned, hardware‑tuned foundation with complete Qt integration, giving developers a reliable starting point for embedded Qt application development.
