Constructs a new QLayer with the specified parent.

`[protected]` QLayer::QLayer(QLayerPrivate &dd, Qt3DCore::QNode **parent* = Q_NULLPTR)

Copy constructor.

QLayer::~QLayer()

Destroys the instance of QLayer.
