Códec de texto Shift-JIS
El códec Shift-JIS permite la conversión a y desde Shift-JIS, una codificación de JIS X 0201 Latin, JIS X 0201 Kana y JIS X 0208.
La variable de entorno UNICODEMAP_JP permite ajustar el códec. La documentación del códec de texto ISO 2022-JP (JIS ) describe cómo utilizar esta variable.
La mayor parte del código fue escrito por Serika Kurusugawa, alias Junji Takagi, y se incluye en Qt con el permiso del autor y el agradecimiento del equipo de Qt. Aquí está la declaración de copyright del código tal y como estaba en el momento de la contribución. Las modificaciones posteriores están cubiertas por el copyright habitual de Qt.
