Crée un nouveau chargeur.

Détruit le chargeur.
[pure virtual] QByteArray Loader::load(const QString &name, const QString &baseDir, QStringList *errors)
Résout l'URI name et charge un fichier SCXML à partir du répertoire spécifié par baseDir. errors contient des informations sur les erreurs qui ont pu se produire.
Renvoie une adresse QByteArray qui stocke le contenu du fichier.
