この関数は非推奨です。新しいコードでの使用は強く推奨しません。
指定されたpoint で、buttons およびmodifiers で指定されたマウスおよびキーボードの状態のもと、ウィジェットへのドラッグ開始を表すQDragEnterEventを生成します。
ドラッグデータはdata 内でMIMEエンコードされた情報として渡され、指定されたactions は実行可能なドラッグ＆ドロップ操作の種類を記述します。
警告: これらのオブジェクトは Qt の内部状態に依存しているため、QDragEnterEvent を独自に作成しないでください 。
