詳細な説明
ウィンドウのメインアイコンがウィンドウの外へドラッグされると、ウィジェットにアイコンドラッグイベントが送信されます。macOS では、ウィンドウのプロキシアイコンがタイトルバーの外へドラッグされたときに、このイベントが発生します。
通常、このイベントに応答してドラッグ＆ドロップ処理を開始します。

acceptフラグがfalseに設定されたアイコンのドラッグイベントオブジェクトを作成します。
