qmlProperty 유형은 특정 객체 인스턴스의 속성을 나타냅니다.
qmlProperty 유형의 유효하지 않은 값은 null object 와 빈 name 을 가집니다.
qmlProperty 이 값들은 QML에서는 생성할 수 없으나 C++에서 전달할 수 있습니다.
