详细说明
注意： 仅在录制帧期间，即在beginFrame() -endFrame()或beginOffscreenFrame() -endOffscreenFrame()这对函数之间，才保证命令缓冲区对象 有效。
注意： 命令编码器仅在录制一个通过期间有效，即在QRhiCommandBuffer::beginPass() -QRhiCommandBuffer::endPass() 之间。
