使用 OpenSSL 依赖项实现安全支持和 GDS

Qt OPC UA 的 GDS 功能以及 Open62541 插件的安全支持需要 OpenSSL 3.x 头文件和库。

如果 OpenSSL 没有安装到默认搜索的路径上，则必须将头文件和库的位置传递给构建过程。

例如，如果 OpenSSL 已安装到/opt/openssl ，则必须按如下方式传递位置：

-DOPENSSL_ROOT_DIR=/opt/openssl/

如果在配置过程中未检测到 OpenSSL，Open62541 插件的安全功能和 GDS 功能将自动禁用。
