Nota: Sólo se garantiza que el objeto Vulkan command buffer sea válido, y esté en estado de grabación, mientras se graba un fotograma. Es decir, entre un par beginFrame() - endFrame() o beginOffscreenFrame() - endOffscreenFrame().
