Détermine si le fond du cône est fermé ou ouvert.

Détermine si le sommet du cône est fermé ou ouvert.
length : real
Indique la longueur du cône.
rings : int
Contient le nombre d'anneaux dans la maille.
slices : int
Contient le nombre de tranches dans le maillage.
topRadius : real
Indique le rayon supérieur du cône.
