ウィンドウシステムによってウィンドウが閉じられようとしていることを通知します（例：ユーザーがタイトルバーの閉じるボタンをクリックした場合など）。CloseEventにはacceptedプロパティが含まれており、これをfalseに設定することでウィンドウの閉じ処理を中止できます。

このプロパティは、アプリケーションがユーザーによるウィンドウの閉じを許可するかどうかを示します。デフォルトでは true です。
