詳細な説明
このイテレータは、std::random_access_iterator をモデルとしています。モデルがリストの場合、イテレータの参照を解除すると、モデル内のそのイテレータが指す項目が返されます。
テーブルやツリーの場合、イテレータの参照を解除すると、その指し示す行の `ConstRowReference ` が返されます。
