詳細な説明
このイテレータは、std::random_access_iterator をモデルとしています。モデルがリストの場合、イテレータの参照を解除すると、モデル内の指し示された項目に対するDataReference ラッパーが返されます。
テーブルやツリーの場合、イテレータの参照を解除すると、ポインタが指す行に対する `RowReference ` が返されます。
