注: Vulkan コマンドバッファオブジェクトが 有効であり、かつ記録状態にあることが保証されるのは、フレームの記録中のみです。つまり、beginFrame() -endFrame() またはbeginOffscreenFrame() -endOffscreenFrame() のペアの間です。
