The distortion spiral effect creates a twirl effect.
Properties
| Property | Description |

| Radius | The size of the distorted area. |
| Spiral | The amount of twirling. |
| Center | The center of the effect. 0.5 and 0.5 is the center of the layer while 1.0 and 1.0 is the upper right corner of the layer. |
