Axivion Suite Documentation

The Axivion Suite is a static analysis solution to

• check your software architecture,

• find violations of standards like MISRA, CERT, or AUTOSAR,

• detect possible runtime errors,

• check your code against your company’s style guide,

• manage clones,

• find dead code,

• report metric violations,

• detect cycles ,

• … and much more.

Unlike testing, static analysis does not execute your software. Instead, it looks at the source code and operates like a compiler. Additionally, the Axivion Suite integrates with your version control system to inform developers about new findings.
