代わりにMultiEffect を使用する。
警告 QtQuick3D.Effects にあるすべての既成のスタンドアロンエフェクトは、Qt 6.5 から非推奨となります。ぼかしを行うには、View3D アイテム（またはその親）に対してQt Quick のMultiEffect を使用してください。
このエフェクトはシンプルなワンパスぼかしを提供します。GaussianBlur よりも安価ですが、同じ品質の結果は得られません。

ぼかしの強さ。適切な値は[0...0.01] の範囲です。デフォルト値は0.01 です。
