Sprachumgebung des enthaltenen Textes. Diese muss in einer modifizierten ISO-Standardnotation angegeben werden, zum Beispiel en-US. Einzelheiten finden Sie in der OPC-UA-Spezifikation 1.05, Teil 3, Abschnitt 8.4.
