Obsolete Members for QQuickTest

Verwenden Sie stattdessen ` qWaitForPolish()`.
Wartet timeout Millisekunden oder so lange, bis updatePolish() für item aufgerufen wurde.
Gibt ` true ` zurück, wenn ` updatePolish() ` innerhalb von ` timeout ` Millisekunden auf ` item ` aufgerufen wurde, andernfalls wird ` false` zurückgegeben.
Das QML-Äquivalent dieser Funktion ist ` waitForItemPolished()`.
