1.4.50.1. Stylecheck

Rules MisraC2012Directive-4.8 and CertC-DCL12 now bundle messages, i.e., rather than producing an individual message for each combination of type and translation unit, the rules now attach a single message to the type definition. This message includes a list of the translation units from which the definition can be removed in favor of a declaration.
