与えられたspecification を使ってkey で指定されたドライバーを作成する。

キーは大文字小文字を区別しないことに注意。

keys()も参照のこと 。

`[static]` QStringList QGenericPluginFactory::keys()

有効なキーのリスト、すなわち利用可能なマウスドライバのリストを返す。

create()も参照 。
