Collect Information for Squish Support

Select Help > Collect Support Information to open the Collect Information for Squish Support dialog.

Generally, when you run into an unexpected problem with Squish and need help from support, you will be asked to send a support information .zip file that you can create in this dialog.

"The Collect Information for Squish Support dialog"

Click OK to open a dialog that shows the contents of the .zip file.

"Collecting Finished dialog"

Click Close to dismiss the dialog or Open Support Request to open the Squish Support Request Wizard, which will guide you through the process of opening a support ticket.
